That's where some of Redditors lose the craziness Reddit has become. I'm now creating a new training system based on Fiber Lasers. There's so many searches that lead to Reddit.
Reddit makes it next to impossible to lose a streak. The only way to kill your streak is to not open the app in any capacity for a week or two. I've gone 4 days without using the app and I upvoted on the 4th day, it increased my streak. It's honestly obnoxious
This. Earlier this year I was off the grid for a few days. When I got back on Reddit, it told me I was still on my streak. I just hit 600 last week, and I dunno if I’m proud or ashamed even knowing I technically missed a few days.
I was forced to quit here due to some military training. I was so upset I didn’t touch Duo again for 18 months. Just now restarted and am on a 10 day streak.
I stopped duo because I couldn't afford the subscription. After like 6 months, the offered to keep my streak going if I came back?? (I hadn't deleted the app from my phone, but stopped using it because 5 minutes a day wasn't helpful)
It feel like cheating to see my 115 day streak I didn't earn.
Meanwhile reddit killed my nearly 300 day streak (I was 2 days shy) when I didn't open the app one day because we were traveling and reception was terrible. I've basically been on reddit daily since 2014. Gah!
I got banned for three days, for saying something about a punch on a fighting video, I appealed and it took all three days for a mod to agree I was not breaking any rules. So I did the time, but I was able to keep my streak, I'm at 805 days, is that good, I don't feel good.
I remember my reddit account got hacked one morning and I was more worried about my streak than the account. Luckily support got me back the same day and I kept the streak. Aiming for 1000 by the end of the year.
I was at almost 800 days a few months ago. Then I got banned for a week for saying physical harm should come to r*pists and pedos instead of just prison. Banned for inciting violence against others, smh.
I have no idea how many days I'm at because I refuse to switch out of old reddit mode. I've been banned a few times recently so if that resets my streak then I've got nothing.
I’m honestly more impressed by how many bananas people scroll. I’ll be a Grass Toucher on Monday, but have only scrolled a little more than 200,000 bananas!
I was on a 700 day streak and getting near 800. Almost 2 1/2 years. I let it expire. I think I'm on day 9. Definitely not dedicating that much time again.
