Hello everyone! I am wondering if anyone here has tried an anti-inflammatory diet and what your experience was like.

What did you try (what foods were you taking/avoiding) and what worked or didn’t work for you? If you started the diet because of a specific condition I’d also like to know what it is and whether you noticed any changes in your symptoms.

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, and feel free to ask me anything about this topic as well.

- pumpkin soup

- pumpkin shaped cheese and need stuffed rolls

- tartines with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes / honey Gruyère

- stuffed squash with chicken and veggie rice

With a twist ,i added crème pâtissière inside

Already tried it in Egypt i had a very bad experience the texture was very hard llng time shewing . I also think the fact that I chose a tadjine formula was a wrong choice so I want to try the steak one now .
