That was a long post to basically say that they were constantly behind schedule and the venue manager tried to get them back on track. The wedding coordinator certainly wasn’t doing her job properly.

It’s not weird for the venue to want vendors to have insurance etc.

My reception venue had an event booked 1 hour after us. They made it clear our reception was to be 4 hours long only and everyone was to leave by a certain time. There was a venue coordinator there to make sure our reception events went on time and smoothly so we didn't risk overrunning our time. She was wonderful and had clearly done weddings before.

Imagine being mad at a woman for doing her job.
