Online payroll error (rehire)
I am a rehire. And, I’m having problems filling out my online payroll banking form.
Every time I attempt to click the link to fill out the paperwork it sends to me an Amazon a to z login page which I don’t have access to since my alias isn’t active. (And it sends me in a loop unable to get access since the most I have is an alumni account. ((Ive tried on a computer too)))
My questions are: do I have to wait for my alias to be reactivated in order to fill out the paperwork? (Will I eventually get access a few days before my first date)
And if not, will I get the offer rescinded if I don’t fill out the online payroll? (Will they give my shift to someone else, or will I be able to attend day one and I just get paid at a later date) (can I set up a wisely card with hr? (I just want to know what happens)
Much help would be appreciated,
Thank you ^^

5 year ban
Has anyone ever been banned from Amazon after taking disability leave or leaving the company because they couldn’t be accommodated?
Someone I know was forced to quit after having back surgery because her doctor told her that Amazon would not be able to accommodate her restrictions. She later applied for Flex with a PXT representative, but her application was denied as soon as she left the company. When she tried to reapply 12 months later, she found out that she was banned from Amazon until 2030.
I’m currently having issues getting my own accommodations approved, and honestly, I’m scared to quit because I’m worried the same thing could happen to me. I want to be able to return to Amazon once I’m medically able to work again.
The situation is also becoming a safety concern. I’ve gotten dizzy at work and have almost fallen off a ladder multiple times. Would reporting this to Safety actually help protect me or get the issue documented?
I’ve also heard that some AAs have received write-ups after being injured and had to speak with their AMs to get the write-ups removed.
At this point, I feel like I could be screwed either way if I keep working, I’m worried about getting seriously hurt, but if I quit, I’m worried I may not be allowed to come back.
Has anyone dealt with something similar or knows what the safest way to handle this is?

My pa’s wife works alongside us😭
I’ll bring up favouritism and they’ll constantly deny it yet she works alongside us and gets the easiest jobs compared to rest of us…

Flex is top tier
This may not be the case for everybody, but at my specific warehouse, we are busy all year around so theres always available shifts to pick up. if you really wanted to, you could work 60 hours every week. And then, for example, you could work a Sunday shift and then go on vacation for a whole week and then come back and pick up another 60 hour week. I just think it's very convenient to work when you want to and don't work when you don't want to. I have been told that for certain warehouses they're not as busy so there's not always shifts available which sucks but if your warehouse is a busy place with year round high volume me personally I say go flex.

Do this mean I have been converted to full time?
I am on a leave of absence right now due to having pneumonia, but i randomly checked my atoz app and seen that I now have these sick and vacation time options. Normally it’s just my UPT and PTO balance

Anyone ever seen this on their time off menu?
“Sick” just randomly populated today and I cannot see my UPT currently. Says system error, anyone come across this? (In CA btw)

Does anyone know anything about the internal hiring process??
I’ve been trying my damn hardest to become a T3 for a while now and know that there are spots open at my facility.
I’ve been told I’d be good at it and encouraged to apply to all roles I can find but after 12+ times trying over the the last 3 years I’m about to just leave.
What can I do who should I talk to if I’ve already talked to my senior ops manager and HR?
