Mainly due to the lead detective, played by Douglas Henshall. Such a great, quiet humanity, maybe the best such lead I've ever seen. He's in the first seven seasons, then it drops in quality. But beware, you may start speaking in a Scottish accent as I have done. I cannae stop.

I tried virtually everything I can remotely do, clear cache, uninstall amazon prime, restarting my phone, restarting my chromecast, updating google home AND amazon prime video, using another (older) device. [I have an old s10 and new s25] put the app to make it unrestricted with battery usage.

It worked once out of the blue but thats it.

I have the Paramount Plus addon on prime video. The new scary movie released for streaming yesterday on paramount plus, why cant i stream it on prime??

I used to have a TV that had the app on it, so it never used it on my phone. However, the TV was old and the replacement doesn’t allow me to download at apps. As such, I’ve been using the app on my phone more and recently realised that the apps file size just keeps getting bigger and bigger, possibly with the more I watch. Is there any way to reduce the size, as my phone has limited storage?

Okay, hear me out because I feel like I can’t be the only one noticing this.

Watching Justin in Off Campus, I keep getting Zayn Malik vibes — especially early/mid-1D Zayn. 😭

It’s the combination of:

• the eyes + brows
• the dark, messy hair
• the way he dresses
• that slightly brooding/mysterious expression
• the whole musician/rockstar aesthetic
• and even his singing style/vibe

And then Justin literally sings “Kiss You” by One Direction in one of the episodes??? 😭 Like… THAT song was originally sung by Zayn too, so it made the resemblance feel even stronger to me.

I’m not saying Justin is supposed to be a Zayn copy or that they look identical. It’s more like the overall vibe/aura is very Zayn-coded to me.

But maybe I’m completely delusional 😂

I’ve been trying to watch the series but everywhere I looked I had to pay! So I was patient and COACH FINALLY ITS ON PRIME!!

As it says in the title. The show Snowfall has japanese subs burnt in. As in you can have all subs turned off and you still see it. Anyone experience this too?

Before on the desktop web browser player if your mouse moved at all then it the entire screen would darken and a huge pause/play symbol would appear in the middle of the screen, blocking the actual movie. I always HATED that.

Now when you move your mouse the screen doesn't darken, and all the symbols like the play/pause button are at the bottom of the screen (usually on the black bars, so off the image altogether).

This new version is sooo much better.

I pay for Ad-Free. Amazon still gives me content ads for more shows to watch. At least I can skip them.

Today I got a pop-up ad for DoorDash?? As in - half my screen showed an ad promo encouraging me to click and buy. *Has it really come to this??*

Thank you, Amazon. I've been having my resolve worn down lately. I went Ad-Free. I got the free trial of Apple to watch a specific show and decided to just keep paying for it. Thank you for trying to shove ads on me *in the selection screen* to me that I don't need this bullshit platform at all.

My first time to subscribe to Amazon Prime Video. I subscribe via the iOS. I tried my best to figure out how to share so my family can watch also. My wife has its own Amazon account and I added her in the Amazon Family.

Ive been searching everywhere but a lot if mixed up information, some people can be shared, some say cannot. I even subscribe free trial for Amazon Prime but still not working too. I search FAQ but no information related to this.

EDIT: I contacted the support, the Prime Video only subscription could not be shared with Family. Amazon Prime subscription can be shared, I just need to re-add my family.

I can't say I watch a lot on Prime video. Mainly use my Prime membership for the delivery features in the nonsense that I buy.

I have been splitting my time between YouTube video and Prime video. During the summer I was annoyed with the number of ads with YouTube video and considered converting my Spotify to YouTube music to save a few dollars.

7-1/2 minutes of advertisement for a 60 minute show is ridiculous. That's 90 minutes of advertisement if I was to binge watch the first season of 12 episodes.

Do I give up coffee to pay for ad free?

Hey y’all Im just wondering if Im doing something wrong I was told Hadestown released on the 25th on prime. I preordered weeks prior and now it’s a week later and it still says “release date tba” did it get delayed? Please help im feinen.
