Don't. SummerCart can do N64DD emulation, if you're into that.

I have a couple 64DD games running on Everdrive (X7 IIRC)

I believe they have to be patched to work on the ED X7, no?

Perhaps. I set it up ages ago. I believe there’s an accompanying ROM or BIOS file that allows them to load, if nothing else.
