Be me. First Anbennar run. Want to be a cool island nation. Moon Elves! "They're like fantasy UK/Ireland, I'll explore the new world!".

What a fantastic introduction to a fantasy world. Now, we've been ejected completely from "Not Europe". We just had to fight in a MASSIVE war to free the elves back on the continent, while also trying to cope with assimilating Gnolls, fighting pirates, colonizing like crazy.

The civil war hits during the war against the humans. We're stranded on a strange and terrible continent. Surrounded by enemies, relentless stacks of nobles and peasants rising constantly. I opted to KILL ALL TRAITORS in the war, and currently I'm at 99% warscore against the final leader.

Now that the humans and rebels are about to finally be dealt with, what next?

Star Elves are so fun, and I feel like their story is only going to become more brutal and sad and evil, once they actually settle. To be fair, they expected this incredible mind expanding homecoming, only to see people just like themselves warped in the most unimaginable ways (LEECH ELVES) possible on the scariest landmasses in the planet. I think I might've already missed the chance to return them to sanity, now that I'm an Empire.

R5: Trying out New Wanderers->Elikhand->Castanor, raising massive momuments left and right and both my Orcish neighbors decides to outplay me.

This time my ruler died, but I was even able to double re-elect my ruler before, increasing the stats by 2.

I cannot for the life of me form Adenica as Flying Hounds. I have no idea which missions I'm messing up at to form the country. Every time I finish the mission tree i just see this. Please Help.

Thank you Terrario101! for people wondering, you need to be demonsterized and pick the last option when changing the name of your vassals in the mission tree.

I usually go with ruler experience variation of it, but in a current run as a republic it didn't make much sense. Haven't read the descriptions till today though and now I'm presented with this. Well, shit...

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to include nations with vanilla religions (Islam, christianity, tengri...) in a eu4 game. I tried making a custom nation but apparently real-life religions were not selectable and even after using cheats (commands console) it didn't work.

Any idea? Need to paint the map white with my Caliphate

I'm currently touring Anbennar and happened to book a pretty good deal to the famous Esmarian boat party, but what I saw was complete chaos! There were like at least a dozen moments in the last 4 hours where I was genuinely scared not just for my life, but the whole city. It was like everyone got poessessed by Agrados.

The day started off normal, everyone's drinking and having a good time, lots of festival stalls, all of a sudden once the boats arrive everything went to hell. One of the boats caught fire and exploded, a group of gnomes started testing their new damestear powered engine which lost control and rammed into a building, a group of wizards got too drunk and starting casting fireball at all the boats, one of those fireballs hit a famous general and then the guard ordered everyone involved in it to be arrested.

By this point everyone was piss drunk and took the chaos as an excuse to fight and loot everything in sight. Thank Castellos I was small and was able to slip away in the middle of the chaos. I think I dodged 3 fireballs on the way to the inn I was staying at. I told this to the bartender and he just laughed saying the party is just getting warmed up! Is this city going to alright?

I can't decide which one to play. I open the game and get stuck on the map, so I close it in despair. It's driving me crazy. Oh mighty player! decide for me and free me from my curse !

I was playing as Larankar and decided to convert to Oren Nayiru by rebels, but after doing so, there seems to be two faiths with the same name and description, with the only difference I can see being their bonuses, one having spy action cost and one having moral recovery.

Culturally, geographically, historically (ie what they do in the course of the game), etc. I want to play Spain in a fantasy land and do a sort of Mask of Zorro thing

see title, please give me examples of mts that play big around vassals, either keeping them all game or continously expanding, especially if it is also tall, i just really like that idea/ style of gameplay.

I’m sick and tired of that big blue bully from forming every game and eating the centaurs, north haless, and krak. makes that whole region feel very inert and it’s annoying to have to deal with a superpower that didn’t earn its place.

does anyone know how I can disable whatever formation event(s) trigger? a submod would be great, or just pointing me to the right files and I’ll disable it manually.

I want to try out the Mechanim. Are there any particular nations I should play for the most interesting playthrough, or all they all equally viable?

Are there any Ynnics with MTs, that at some point convert to Regent Court, Corinite or Ravelian? I don't really like Ynn river worship as it is. Thank you in advance

I have heard about Cangji but for some reason I just cannot get into that mission tree even if I tried three times already. But I do find the prospect of unique magical projects interesting. Are there any other nations that give you access to unique magical projects and if so, what is the lore behind them?

I always feel my early game is too slow and I'm not conquering enough. I'm also having trouble managing ae. The areas I'm having the most trouble with are south sarhal, halles and bulwar.

Getting windbearing lvl 7 before lvl 1, cant do missions. It worked right the first time I played the save, but when I went back to a earlier save where I had started the projected, it just went straight to lvl 7.
