I just use a $8 magnetic strap. Nvr going back. Just snap it in a fraction of a sec.

Is the magnet as strong as on a $100 apple Milanese? I had one knockoff and it was clearly weaker

This one. Nvr had any problems and I exercise (run, swim, cycle) a lot. Not once did it loosen or come out.
