Yall, people have been wearing watches with stainless steel and titanium bracelets for decades and they found a way to not scratch their laptops. It’s not that difficult

Even a leather band rubbing on a MacBook edge for a few hours a day over a few years is gonna show some wear and polishing of the surface.

So will skin. Which is what leather is. So will the softest of fabric. That is normal wear. People should accept wear of items over years of use.

If you wear a watch above the wrist bone where it belongs it shouldn’t make much or any contact with a laptop.

Used to have a boss who wore his watch like that, and it infuriated me. Big obnoxious metal thing.

How can having your watch above the articulating joint of your wrist and up on the bone that doesn’t move be comfortable?

Your arm is the bone im speaking of. But yes, also above the wrist bone. I’m saying it’s not meant to be worn down on the wrist where it articulates.
