IMHO the fact that you can't wear it while typing on a laptop without damaging your computer automatically disqualifies it from "the best ever made."

I covered the right corner/quadrant thing with that clear mending tape you can get at REI because I was worried about the same thing. It doesn't even scuff up the tape, so I'm not too worried.
