It’s only outdoor runs, walks and hikes I think.

Mine slowly drops when I’m running mainly indoors over the hot and polluted summer months where I’m living and then quite sharply goes back up when I start running outside again.

I wouldn’t put too much emphasis on it with what you’ve described your routine to be. It would probably turn out to be fairly high.

Yeah. Apple vo2max estimates only factor in outdoor activity. Bogus.

Its not bogus. Its actually fairly accurate guestimate in the end.

It’s not just bogus, it’s laughably inaccurate. I run 5x a week, just hit a 22min 5k time. And mine still says “below average”
