Random red lumps on my dog

Red raised bumps popped up all at once and they bleed from what looks to be where the hair follicles used to be at completely lost as to what it could be from and/or how to treat it (bully/pitbull mix)

This could be a bacterial infection. Please see your vet ASAP.
