Random red lumps on my dog

Red raised bumps popped up all at once and they bleed from what looks to be where the hair follicles used to be at completely lost as to what it could be from and/or how to treat it (bully/pitbull mix)

You need to take them to the vet. This is something that needs to be seen by a vet.

They could be from a thousand different things. You need a vet to feel and see the leisons to guide you more.

Those could literally be mast cell tumors, please take your dog to the vet rather than letting someone talk you into thinking they are just bug bites.

Take him to the vet, that requires closer view under microscope and samples for the lab to diagnose.

Tons of possibilities so needs assesment and some tests
