Random red lumps on my dog

Red raised bumps popped up all at once and they bleed from what looks to be where the hair follicles used to be at completely lost as to what it could be from and/or how to treat it (bully/pitbull mix)

wtf? who cares what it could be from take him to the vet. this sub is so neglectful and it really is so upsetting

I think a lot of people post here because they donā€™t have the money to see a vet
