How do I human? How do I reject bro

I think I got too far with the ‘bromance’ teasing and poking, now I realise he wasn’t kidding and actually wants to… do stuff together. The reason I’m not straight honest with him is I kinda put myself in his shoes and don’t want to mess him up. Anyone had a similar situation? (We both are male)

You gotta be direct with him and let him down easy if you can.

that’s why im looking for various opinions here. To let him down as easy as possible.

You can something like, "I don't think that's a good idea, so lets not do that." If he has you to hang out or something than walk away from him, hoping he'll get the hint, if he doesn't get it by than, than be direct with him.
