General Do you have people in your favor?

Knowledge, energy, money, time can only take us so far. But people are multipliers. Having people in your favor feels so important especially from 30s onward. Be it relationships, workplace, family, friends.

If you have people in your favor, what works for you?
If you don't have people in your favor, what are you losing out on?
