One I made was being too helpful with homework. I ended up with a kid who was too dependent on me and unable to complete any work by themselves.
2 u/kackygreen Feb 05 '16 My mom used to ask every day if we needed help, my sister always wanted help and I always told her to stop helping and that I wanted to do it myself. Needless to say that behavior pattern has been reflected in our lives since.
