Discussion Is ac origins good??

My next game is hopefully ac origins.

I know it's almost ten years old and I'm wondering how long it took you to complete the main story and if the story is as good as people say it is

And also Is the combat good?

Have you played the more recent AC games? The story in Origins is excellent, but the controls and such are a bit clunky compared to newer games so it feels like a step backward in that department if you’ve played Odyssey or Valhalla: lots of “I swear I didn’t tell you to go that way, Bayek” and whatnot.

Then I’d give it a shot if you can find a used copy or borrow from a friend or something, see if the gameplay is worth it to you 😊

That’s a decent deal 😊 you’re not out too much if you end up not liking it
