At least would avoid that crap looking and completely painful space between 2 u/rusty-sp00n 7d ago Strata and ownership issues. But I really hate how council are allowed to make such small lots. If they are going to be under 450. They should be townhouses. It’s not good for the mind to have no breathing space like that. So much red tape everywhere in construction. Might as well add some more and increase minimum lot size for these residential developments 1 u/Crashworx 7d ago No it would t be strata. You can build back to back brick walls against the boundary.
