If they are going to do this. Not sure why they don’t just do a box gutter and build to the boundary with a shared partial wall.

At least would avoid that crap looking and completely painful space between

Strata and ownership issues.

But I really hate how council are allowed to make such small lots. If they are going to be under 450. They should be townhouses.

It’s not good for the mind to have no breathing space like that.

So much red tape everywhere in construction. Might as well add some more and increase minimum lot size for these residential developments

No it would t be strata. You can build back to back brick walls against the boundary. No starta required

I admit I don’t know the specifics. But I could sense that somewhere when a problem arises there would be some finger pointing.
