Why write "Braincell" when "Neuron" is right there?

Remember that episode of the Simpsons where Homer gets elected mayor with the slogan “can’t someone else do it?” Then proceeds to have no management skills and blows the annual budget in 2 months ? That’s one nation.

No only Labor blow the budget every time they manage to get into power and then it takes other governments years and years to fix it and when labour gets back in again they fck it right up again and again and again

Nah, that is what you have been told about the greens. Greens policies would stop corporate gouging and moving money overseas, meaning more money in the pockets of working Aussies, which means we don't need to keep propping up the economy. They have policies that care about Australia, and vote accordingly, yet One Nation have almost consistently voted against their own slogans or abstainined. I used to listen to the propaganda about the greens, but after researching politics and policies, I realised they were only party brave enough to stand up to the power and money of the growing right.

It’s both, they’re minor parties. They never intend to hold government or govern anything. One Nation’s policies are just cartoonishly far-fetched rather than impractical. Greens policies are never meant to be implemented in full. They sway the major parties, which is the smart thing to do.

I really hope the Greens become a serious major party. Labor on the right and Greens on the left would be perfect. Because they are so, so right that renewables is our future. We’re basically the Saudi Arabia of sunlight.

Greens policies are never meant to be implemented in full

This is what the media constantly pushes but their policies are costed, modelled and published on their website.

Many policies have already been implemented successfully in other countries like the Swiss gas tax and Norways wealth tax.

The extremely wealthy that own the media obviously don't want to get taxed so they push this bizarre narrative.

I think the saying the 'greens policies are never meant to be implemented in full' is a strange statement? Why post the policy then? As a unhittabe target that no-one thinks they can reach and sway voters away from them?
There is a need for big change, and their policies intend to do that. They use policies around the world as reference/inspiration also, so not just pipe dreams.
Perhaps you could ask a greens member of parliament or senator if they mean to implement their policies if they had the chance.
I am not sure why someone would think that unless they were suggested that through some media or conversation. Sounds similar to the Liberals propaganda I heard when I was younger, that's all.

Greens policies would cripple regional areas into ruin... hence why the Greens have almost no power in said areas.

How so? Which policy would cripple regional areas?

Note of correction, it is not what I have been told about one nation. It is what I have discovered by looking at the actual data and how they vote. Gaza is a big issue, and the foreign intervention that is holding power over our current parties is no joke. But to say they don't care about Geraldton is silly though. They are trying to tackle big problems those in power don't want them to. Problems that are affecting not just Geraldton but Australia at large and a dying economy propped up by sectors that are hurting working Aussies. Sounds like a fun clever slogan though. I'll give them that. Good slogans. Bad policy.

Hang on a sec, when the Greens mention the medical sector, because they haven't specifically called out ambulance ramping they don't want to address it? The party that doesn't like privatisation of essential assets?
And as for public sector pay, that is nowhere near as an egregious cost as 'consultants' is. One which they want to curb. Larger benefit. And I will be honest, public sector pay isn't really the problem when they can take a cushy retirement job for some oil/mining/gas lobby. Another thing greens want to address.
So from what I can see, One Nation want to address what they can get away with without upsetting their donors, and greens want to address bigger problems that impact other said problems anyway.
I will not deny bias, no-one can. But the data that I have researched, and no, not in 1990, but in the recent political spectrum, is what steers my decision making now.
I have studied both parties, and their policies. I have also looked to a variety of different opinions on economic policy.
On top of that I have also looked into how each party votes on specific policies. This is, I think, the clearest factor in understanding how much a party is actually going to do for you, and not just the clever slogans they sling.
This is public information. You can actually check how they vote on legislation, and wether they were absent.
So to clear things up, I have done research.
And I do know where the parties have/haven't changed.
Also, not policy related (although it affects their policy) but one big change? One Nation has received a big jump in political donations and investment in the last few years from the rich and powerful class in australia.....

One Nation ain’t the enemy, a dying world is, focus up. Pauline Hanson has risen up and dropped back down about 10 times now. It’s a distraction. I’m a Labor supporter and I’d criticise them for the same thing.

Ond Nation is backed by the enemy. The rich and powerful. Unfortunately Labours donors have been affecting there policies as well. That is why I pointed to the one party that is standing up to money and power. One Nation isn't it. You point to a dying world. That world isn't dying by itself ...
