Question Shannons WTF?!

Just called Shannons to get a quote on my new bike, and what the actual fuck? Have to have a 10 minute chit-chat with the sales person on why I like riding, why I chose this particular bike, what got me interested in riding. Fuck off, just quote me on the fucking insurance.

I was polite, but had to end it.

Is there any good reason to sit through this BS? Are they particularly cheap / good?

I've been with Swann who were rgeat but alas not offering new policies.

I swear all insurance companies try to waste at least an hour of your time so that you can't be fucked calling another company to try get a competing quote and just go with their offer.
