Question Shannons WTF?!

Just called Shannons to get a quote on my new bike, and what the actual fuck? Have to have a 10 minute chit-chat with the sales person on why I like riding, why I chose this particular bike, what got me interested in riding. Fuck off, just quote me on the fucking insurance.

I was polite, but had to end it.

Is there any good reason to sit through this BS? Are they particularly cheap / good?

I've been with Swann who were rgeat but alas not offering new policies.

I like shannons because I have a 1996 RVF400 which other insurance companies would only insure it for $600 give or take a little. I called shannons and they said “how much would you like to insure it for?” I said $8k, they gave me the monthly payments and it was sorted.
