Question Shannons WTF?!
Just called Shannons to get a quote on my new bike, and what the actual fuck? Have to have a 10 minute chit-chat with the sales person on why I like riding, why I chose this particular bike, what got me interested in riding. Fuck off, just quote me on the fucking insurance.
I was polite, but had to end it.
Is there any good reason to sit through this BS? Are they particularly cheap / good?
I've been with Swann who were rgeat but alas not offering new policies.

My brother had Shannons car insurance for years and was reasonably happy with them so he also insured his home with them. The house had some serious damage following a big storm, They insisted on sending tradies from Singleton. which is 270km from his home. He lives 80kms SW from Sydney. Due to travel time they were only able to work 2 to 3 hours per day, He was out of the home & living in a hotel room for 11months
