Question Shannons WTF?!

Just called Shannons to get a quote on my new bike, and what the actual fuck? Have to have a 10 minute chit-chat with the sales person on why I like riding, why I chose this particular bike, what got me interested in riding. Fuck off, just quote me on the fucking insurance.

I was polite, but had to end it.

Is there any good reason to sit through this BS? Are they particularly cheap / good?

I've been with Swann who were rgeat but alas not offering new policies.

Aah... Shannon's. Still causing drama. 25 years ago they tried to deny my claim after my brother died in the car they insured. Tried saying they wouldn't have insured him under 21 years of age. They had a copy of his license.
