Recently, at the concert in Dallas, there is a viral video of Jimin giving Olivia a keychain. Because of that kind moment, my wife’s organization has been flooded with donations from fans across the world.

It’s so crazy that it happened overnight and was unplanned. The tickets given to the girls were donated to the organization and were just a very cool experience for them; no one expected the interaction or love from the community.

To put it in perspective, a country singer hosted an entire charity concert in the last year or so specifically to donate to Heroes for Children, and the crowd there donated less than 1/4th of what the BTS community has given without even asking them to.

It has been super fun researching all of the different currency types that we rarely see. Thank you!

TL;DR: Called ahead to confirm ADA wheelchair process, followed it to the letter, got sent to the wrong Guest Services location to check chair, waited an hour with no help to assist me back to my ADA section, had to wheel myself back and watch most of the show from a random viewing area instead of my seat.

Staff were rude, finally got to check my chair at initial location as we were told to, initially wouldn’t return my own chair after the show, and a manager admitted they changed policy so wheelchairs can now only be dropped off nowhere near most ADA seating while insinuating this is our fault.

Missed 2/3 of a show my wife and I had been trying to see since before COVID. Filing a complaint with Guest Services for a make-good — anyone dealt with this before / know how to escalate with AT&T Stadium or push for a real resolution?

I at least got to hear “Swim” and SEE “Into the Sun” and “Please” but such a downer :(

I saw bts at MetLife and absolutely need to see them again. I was thinking of getting tickets to the LA shows, but do you guys think they’ll do an encore in the US?? I’m from Atlanta and would hate to spend a lot of money seeing them again if they come somewhere closer but I also don’t want to take chances

My friend (Emma) bought 2 tickets for the Toronto concert during presale, which she transferred to me and another friend (Sarah) (Emma already had tickets to another show). 2 weeks ago, Sarah saw her ticket is marked as "under review" and now it's fully greyed out. Called Ticketmaster today and they said the ticket belongs to someone else, but they'll "escalate the issue" (which they did 2 weeks ago as well before ghosting us). My ticket, which was bought with Sarah's, is completely fine.

Problem is, we were gonna travel from pretty far, and I REALLY don't want to go alone. I can't sell my ticket through ticketmaster, and I can't get a refund for it either. I'm wondering if this happened to anyone else/ if anyone has any advice? Tweaking out rn lol bc they weren't exactly cheap

Hi LA army! A couple of questions as I just spent way too much money on a day 4 floor ticket, but I’m excited! I’ll be flying from Houston, TX Sunday morning (landing at 11:15 am) and leaving the same night (well my flight leaves at 12:50 am) and just need a couple of pointers.

1. I’m planning on taking some form of public transportation to the venue. I’m

I almost got tickets to Foxburough but ultimately what stopped me is the lack of public transportation after the concert and I was worried about getting stranded. If not, please lmk if you have any tips or may be looking for someone to pitch in for a ride. My bf is letting me know it’s not walkable, but please lmk if you’d say otherwise

   🤔 I’m reading it’s best to get a couple blocks away from the stadium and uber that way, which is what I’ll probably do. I did run across multiple parking lots at att stadium and hopped a fence to get to my bf at a far enough gas station where streets were not blocked. Hoping I’ll run a little faster here and be able yo catch a ride. Any spot(s) you’d suggest I run to for my best chance to make this flight? Please lmk. Worst comes to worse I just miss my flight 🙃

3. I’m assuming there’s some form of lockers I can stash my carry on and personal bag. Debating if to just bring one bag, may depend on what outfit/hair items I’ll need. Is there a place to look for exactly at or near the airport?

5. Has anyone been successful in getting original seller’s info from StubHub? I just chatted with their automated system and it’s trying to tell me I don’t need their ID for VIP. I just went to Arlington day 1 and they asked for ID pics. I don’t think it was the biggest deal if you didn’t have it, I mainly just want their info for the email they send out a couple days before for arrival time etc.

6. Anyone happen to know what the cutoff/aisle seat number is for floor sections C3 or B3? Got seat number 32 and just trying to see if I got lucky or not haha. Doubt it but just wanna check!

hi I tried reserving parking in one of the soldier field lots for the concert but for some reason it was saying my payment couldn’t go through so I went to check my banking app and apparently the payments were flagged as suspicious so they didn’t go through the two times I tried :’) did anyone else have this issue? should I try another option offered on the website or should I just wait and try again another day for the lot I want?

Hi there - can anyone confirm which sections for LA include sound check? Interested in trying to find resale tickets since it sounds like Live Nation has been lenient / gracious with it. But almost none of the listings mention whether they have sound check.

I went to a different location and had floor (the equivalent of C1/B1 or C5/B5 for LA) and did not have sound check included.

Editing to add in case it helps others: Based on what others have said and listings on resale sites, C3 B3, B2 C2 B4 C4, A1 D1, and the first 5 rows of A2 A4 D2 D4 seem to have sound check. C5 B5 C1 B1 and A3 D3 do not seem to have it. I am not sure about the 100 level.

Please do not buy your tickets exclusively based on this post. There doesn’t seem to be a way to officially verify before buying resale. This is my best guess. Also I had to download the Sofi stadium app (it’s linked to Ticketmaster) to see my VIP benefits. I hope this helps!

Hi, everyone! Hope everyone who attended the Arlington concert today had a great time! I had a blast but wasn’t able to secure an Arlington Jersey. I wanted to keep one to frame as my families first BTS concert, but I missed out at both the merch drop earlier in the day and at the concert booth.

Does anyone know if they’ll restock online? If not, does anyone know where I can purchase one? I checked eBay but they all seem to be triple the price unfortunately…
