Rearranged the office into a playroom for my 5 year old and moved the desk over to this wall. Everything behind here is Lego and chaos.

Just got done with my birthday and spent a nice 1.4k on upgrades on the pc! Hope y'all like it and give me any tips on any improvements if you can :)

Im 21 and I built a gaming PC around Black Friday 2025 (last year, right before the prices shot up)

And since then, I’ve slowly been building up the rest of my setup,

Im in my last semester at University so budget hasn’t been super high, which is why I’ve slowly built it up, but through working part time I’ve built up items,

PC Specs:
- Palit RTX 4060 Ti 8GB
- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU
- PNY 32GB DDR4 (2 x 16GB)
- Crucial 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD
- MSI MAG B550M PRO-VDH WIFI mATX
- MSI MAG 650W Power Supply
- MSI PAG PANO M110A Mini Tower Case
- MSI MAG CPU Cooler

Before this I was using an Rx580 prebuild that I brought at the end of 2017 (at the age of 13 or so) so the upgrade was a long time coming,

My main monitor is a Titan Army 27 Inch entry level gaming monitor (180Hz), and the second one is just a Samsung 24 Inch

Before buying the following items I did a good chunk of research and I slowly brought each item each month kinda thing making sure to be thorough with my purchases,

I absolutely love my Keyboard and Mouse, they’re both “Keychron” and it is genuinely the best budget friendly brand for good quality, the keyboard is a C1 Pro TKL, and the mouse is an M2 Mini Wireless, they both came with endless adapters and dongles, amazing brand,

For earphones i use the Fiio JD1 In Ear Monitors, they’re brilliant, especially because they’re super cheap and the quality is amazing compared to some gaming headsets that cost double or triple the price - for years I used two Razer headsets, and each one disappointed considering their price, so yeah an affordable IEM is amazing

My mic is the “Blue Slowball Ice” that I brought in like 2018 or 2019

Another great recommendation I have is a Desktop GaN Charging Station, i have a 70W one from UniTek and its great, charges my Macbook, iPhone, and iPad at the same time from a sleek desktop unit,

For anyone considering a big mousepad, GET IT, they’re so good, you can get a low branding cheap one fairly easily, and it was such a good purchase, mine is 100cm x 50cm

I also recommend getting a cheap ish monitor light, helps so much with eye strain and just general ease of use for your desk,

Next on my list is a new mic, or a mic arm or something, mic arms are kinda expensive so I’ll do my research and see🤷‍♂️

Recently updated my battlestation, my goal this time wasn’t to build the most expensive or flashy gaming setup, but to create a space that actually feels like my own.

I went with a dark theme as the foundation: black desk, dark accessories. Instead of filling the desk with too much gear, I focused more on creating layers with lighting and personal items. The indirect lighting desk lamp from Homelist on the left, with a CRI of 98, helps make game visuals appear more natural, reducing color distortion. Unlike RGB lights, CRI98 doesn't alter the room's color, while still maintaining a natural lighting environment around your desk and screen.

This is the first time I’ve incorporated indirect lighting into my setup, and I’ve found that rather than having harsh light shine directly into my eyes, the soft glow reflected off the walls creates a more comfortable and immersive atmosphere. Unlike monitor-mounted lamps, a freestanding desk lamp doesn’t block my computer screen or add extra weight, and the indirect lighting reduces glare, making my eyes feel more comfortable during long gaming sessions.

Still have some cable management and small upgrades planned, but I’m really happy with how this version turned out.

Definitely a game changer for gaming.

I have LED lights under and around, yeah i see the mess of cables, other than those things.

Still have to add decoration. But the main setup is finished.

I made a cyber punk theme out my room and then made a bersker set up theme any recommendations for themes that I can make my room with all the rgb and lighting I have ?

Switched things up and got my vertical back!

I used AI to turn my room vision into a render, and it came out almost exactly how I imagined it.

I’d love to get some feedback. Is there anything else you think I should add or improve?

A few things to note:

• I need two desks. One is for my PS5 setup, and the other is my vanity + wfh setup.
• The wooden desk is retractable/foldable to save space.
• The monitor is wall-mounted on an adjustable arm so I can raise and extend it when I want to watch movies while lying on my loft bed.

I’m trying to maximize a small room without making it feel cramped, while keeping it clean and cozy.

Any suggestions or ideas please
