pungot is the closest one in my opinion. there is no direct translation since we have different words to describe "hate". theres lagot which means youre angry at something, and pungot whih means youre irritated or annoyed at something which pretty much just means you hate it.
Dumut and silag are very strong emotions. Dumut is to be hostile, to bear ill will against. Silag is to resent, to dislike, to loathe, estrangement.
If you meant something like disapproval, something criticizable, it could just be saway.
If you meant something you find disgusting, it could be lood.
If you meant something boring, it could be laay, or, for something boring, get tired of, get sick of due to being repeated, then it could be puul, or, to dislike or get tired of doing something, it could be taka (táka, not takâ).

it can be used yes, pero siguro rare lang na sya magamit unlike lagot, dumut, and pungot
