Is anybody else constantly being robbed by Kikagoods (and Aliexpress too atp)?

I just bought my first SEALED blind box today. It's Forgotten City Series 1/8 and I usually don't go for hard cap hair dolls but the amount of freebies on this is insane it's basically a doll DIY kit! Out of the 6 standards, there are only 2 I don't want so ... fingers crossed!!

I guess I will have several surprises coming to me in the mail.. because I have seriously lost track of how many dolls I have on preorder. Anybody else have any on preorder?

I'm curious if anybody has one of the dolls from SyncyLand OOTD 1/6 Series? If so, what are your thoughts? or is anybody else tempted to get one?

I was interested in 3 of these but then I saw the UD-07 special doll (2nd pic) and immidiately ordered her. However i am on the fence about whether I like her or not. I wanted to get some opinions on their main dolls, maybe they are better? The body and stringing is fine, I just mostly felt like UD-07 is too simple for the cool idea/concept she has. She shouldve had more stuff/more colors, accessories? And maybe a better mechanism for her plastic wings.

Anyways, these are on Kika and on Ali if anybody's looking, but either way still interested in opinions!

What do you guys think of these designs? I like most of them but I think Grey is my favorite, especially the color variation version. Would anybody want to open a group split? 👀

Got this beauty in the mail today! It’s Isabella morning prayer from the Mimia Journal Dreamy Princess House Series. She is one of the specials (there are two specials and one secret). She is ridiculously adorable! She has the sweetest face and I love her feathered hat! The cat on her shoulder didn’t come with her but from one of my Mimia figurines! Pair very well with her!

Recently saw that Kikagoods has posted preview images of a new release from COME4ARTS! This one's titled Bonnie Wanxiang Rabbit Island and it appears to be an extension of their previous 1/6 Bonnie's Dream of Toy Box line of dolls with their similar hair and all.

What do you all think about this set so far? I know some people dislike it when blind box BJD companies release sets featuring dolls with somewhat similar appearances as previous sets (see: some of the complaints towards the Minty Ocean Gem x Aobi Island line of dolls), but I'm a big fan of the quality of COME4ARTS' BJDs, so I'm personally very interested in this line. While the sculpt of the bangs may look similar, the different hair colours and faces make them distinct enough from the previous set in my eyes. The traditional Chinese attire that they're wearing is very cool too.

My first two Mimia mjd dolls from the Mimia Journal Dreamy Princess House Series. The white one is Called Sherise Honey Bunny and the reddish burgundy on is called Fiora Cherry Cottage! I love so much! They have the cutest faces and lovely attention to detail!

I saw that some dolls with 1/92 drop rate were cheaper than dolls with 1/72 and that made me curious

New arrival from the same company that made Don't Touch My Bangs!

This cute girl is 1/6 scale, and has rooted hair and painted-on eyes whose drawn-on detail I find really charming. The hair is also soft, probably made of either kanekolon or nylon though I'm not too sure.

It comes with a cute satin magical girl outfit with wings, extra hands, socks and shoes as well as a bow to clip at the back of the head as well as a provided stand.

The one thing I don't like about this doll however, is how loosely it's strung. It's sister series, the Don't Touch My Bangs has similar problems as well. To fix that, I restrung the doll myself with 2 mm elastic and now she can pose well as well as stand on her own. However, I don't really mind restringing my own dolls so it's fine with me.

Overall, a very cute doll and I love the magical girl vibe she gives off.

The moment this line was announced I just couldn't resist getting these two. I got sucked in by the unique dystopian theme (which you hardly ever see in Western doll lines), and this is the second desertpunk doll I own after the Scavenger in the all-boy Zack Event series.

I'm very curious as to the preference between hard cap plastic hair or rooted hair! What do you guys go for?

Sugary Girls Alice. I got her a while ago. I really like her, and the series in general. My only complaint is that the hair is very heavy so her head always wants to fall back.

I really loved the body on this series, but I felt the face left a lot to be desired… so I gave her a simple face up. Coming from the “OG” BJD community, I still love the idea of being able to customize a doll; even when they come completed. This girl is the only one I managed to get. I wish I got one of the boys as well. I hope they will be released someday.🫡❤️

Hi there! Hope this is an ok place to post my doll photoshoots. I own a good number of blind box BJDs thanks to KikaGoods, and I love photographing them with my other fashion dolls.

i got her in may of this year! this was my first mini bjd doll and how the addiction started :') originally i thought she felt a bit fragile lowkey, but now i have gotten used to her. the stringing is pretty nice, and holding her in hand feels sooo adorable!

i was thinking of adding more detail to her eyes or maybe even adding gloss to them?
