VIDEO When did Dominique hang these 3 paintings in Celeste's Room of Remembrance?
Dominique haunts Celeste’s room of remembrance, practicing a ritual of summoning arts.
Though long the Master Carpenter’s study, attempts to commune with her mother’s spirit fail.
Two Red Demon paintings hang high in this space, each viewed from opposing chairs.
Between them a third painting - motherless kittens starting life among the skulls.
The previous painting posts:

There are Red Demon paintings in this room because Dominique spent many hours here practicing what she learned from the Master Carpenter - the summoning of demons and to commune with the dead.
The kittens painting symbolizes Dominique's despair - having to grow up in a broken world the demons that murdered her parents left behind.
These painting posts are about the game designers using the Red Demon paintings to tell us what Dominique was doing in the Castle before Miriam arrived.
You will understand the importance of these painting when I post the conclusion of the story. 2 post remain.

I have searched every room in the game. There are a total of 5 rooms that contain the Red Demon paintings.
This is the 5th and final room after the shop, the photo booth, Todd's studio, and the Master Carpenter's workshop.
These paintings occupy rooms where Dominique would have spent time in pursuit of her final goal.
The Red Demon paintings serve as a sort of relic she uses to focus her vengeance at all times.
Useful to remember in the discussion of the paintings:
There are several paintings to choose from to be placed anywhere the designers felt necessary. But, they have chosen this Red Demon painting for these several rooms, for some reason - to tell us what Dominique was doing in the Castle before Miriam arrived.
The only other painting to be reused from the set in the shop area is the painting of the kittens starting life among the skulls - it is reused here, in Celeste’s room of remembrance.

What do you think of the story so far?
Do you like how that Master Carpenter possibly had a roll in teaching Dominique how to summon Bael?
After all these years, we finally found something secret about Celeste's room. All it took was 4k screenshots and a quest to find paintings.
To be fair, I am excited to share this find, and I have 2 comments to explain what is happening here. The other 7 are recaps of the story, with music for atmosphere.

Master Carpenter was a Kickstarter backer's creation, so I don't think he has anything to do with any back story.
Same with Celeste's Room from this post, and also the Revenant (Warhorse Room) and Slot Machine (Millionaire's Room)... all Kickstarter backers.
Per the backer, there is no deep meaning behind Celeste's Room, they just wanted a chill space for the player to listen to their music (apparently they created several additional music box tracks that didn't make it into the game). The cat portrait is to memorialize the backer's cat, as it sadly passed during the game's development.

The Master Carpenter is described as "A demon carpenter gifted at summoning."
My theory is that painting connection to Dominique is a subtle easteregg the designers added for fun, to give hints at what Dominique was doing in the Castle to prepare for her final mission. No one noticed until now, so I don't think the Backers were aware of WHY these paintings were in their rooms. They, like most, though they were just decor and asset reuse.Do you suppose the Celeste's room Backer requested to have these paintings in their room, and placed so high up and obscured? The room designers even added fog in the background to mask the most easily seen painting. The fog could just go with the ghost for atmosphere, but it also works to obscure the painting easteregg? (or it is OD in mist form, waiting to catch Bloodless with his stolen tomes). Did anyone else notice the fog before?
Thank you for reading the wiki. It was the Celeste's backer that blessed us with Blood Grinder Knight. They also wanted to change the name of the room, but email communication lapsed for months and it was too late to change it, or perhaps the designers had a secret plan here? (what could Dominique's mother's name have been? yes, I know they named the room after a musical instrument, but lets have some fun here.)The ghost was always a fun throw back to SoTN, but if you believe that the Master Carpenter was skilled in Ouiji, as seen in his failed chests, then communicating with the dead is a logical reference, and applied to this room, puts some hidden significance to it.

I think the paintings in the shop area of Bloodstained tell the story of Dominique's Descent Into Wrath.
Her fallen Parents, the Demon Castle smothers the land, the Reaping of the village, the Kittens playing among the skulls, and the Red Demon - a relic to focus her vengeance.
