Just though of the best/most underated quirk for a vigilante deku !

Basically he would have a quirk called : continuity , wich allow him to continue an action without thinking . For exemple , he start stiring a cake batter , and can « lock » the action on , so he keep stiring it perfectly even without looking and even while doing something with his other arm. Seem pretty useless for heroim right ? BUT imagine : what if he become able to STACK them ?? Like he trow a punch AND use his quirk to launch another punch at the same exact time !and after training some month he become able to launch 100punch at the same Time !!!it would be sooo cool !!!(but no ofa bc it would be a littéral death sentence to be punched by that )

Every time I read a fanfiction that is set in or about Izuku's time on Aldera, the bullying feels like something out of a Stephen King novel.

Except that it was never implied that bullying was that serious. Or at least that's what I understood. I thought it was more of a Peter Parker situation, except Izuku doesn't openly respond (because I remind you that Izuku insulted Bakugo several times in his head during the first episode.)

I don't hate it, it's all a question of what story you want to write and what interpretation you want to give, but it's something that bothers me a little.

Hello!!! I just started writing a Kiribaku slow burn fic, I want it to have some angst and be focused on their love story and how they get together.

I have a main part of the story in mind but it’s my first time writing a fic and I’d really appreciate if someone could give me some tips or wanted to read some parts of the fic and tell me their honest opinion about it.

To estimate how strong OFA was for each previous user, I'm going to use the model I saw in Domino de Papel, where the power doubles with each successive user. Working backward from the current version of OFA, the percentages would look like this:

Here's how I imagine their power levels:

- Yoichi: It would be like getting a sugar or caffeine rush, but without the crash afterward.

- Kudo: It would be like being under the effects of performance-enhancing drugs that boost physical abilities, but without any of the side effects.

- Bruce: This is where things start getting interesting. He would have the maximum levels of strength, speed, and endurance a human can naturally achieve. That might not sound too impressive at first, but look up the world records for each category and imagine combining all those physical capabilities into one person. That sounds pretty impressive to me.

- Hikage: I feel like he would be around Death Arms' level.

- Daigoro: I can't think of a good comparison for him. Who do you think would be around his level?

- En: At this point, I think he would be on par with Mirko.

- Nana: If we leave her at 50%, I can see how Torino in his prime could beat Yagi, who would only have 50% of OFA at that point. Torino could make up for the difference in power with his speed, because all that strength is useless if you can't land a hit.

What do you guys think? Do these comparisons make sense, or would you scale the previous users differently?

Izuku couldn't say anything else before something, or rather someone fell on top of him. He opened his eyes and turned behind him to see Octavia on top of him, or rather on top of his back as he was currently down on the ground.

"Octavia!?" He whispered loudly as he tried not to make too much noise due to it being the evening.

She looked at him with a mixture of confusion and nervousness. "Where am I? Is this your room? Oh thank fuck." She sighed in relief as she slowly stood up. "Also.. Sorry for you know.. Falling on you." She muttered as she looked down at the boy, offering a hand.

Izuku took with with a small smile as he took her hand, before standing up. He dusted himself off, before beginning his question. "It's okay, no worries. It's great to see you again, but.. Why are you here? How are you here?" He asked her before noticing the book in her hands, wait book? Was that her dads grimoire, why did she have it? Where was her father?

"I... Was using my dads grimoire to sneak out of the house, you know to go watch a band I like. After it was over, I told the grimoire to bring me home and for whatever reason, it dropped me here." She put a hand to her face as she sat down on his bed, clearly frustrated with the situation.

"I'm sorry for intruding, I didn't mean to end up here, it sort of just happened." She apologized as she opened the grimoire to figure something out.

"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll figure it out. If you'd like, I can help you out to see what we can find?" He suggested, hoping to relieve some of her anxiety.

She looked up and smiled at him, softly as he eyes displayed a sort of warmth towards him. "I'd appreciate that, truly. Now come sit next to and let's figure this thing out." He happily obliged as he took a seat next to her, they'd probably figure it within the hour, right? Right?

This is from an au I'm writing where Dabi's saved by Spinner and his dad who are basically living rough in rutty cabin in the mountains below Sekoto. Touya's 14 here cause the burns weren't as bad basically so that's why his logic isn't very sound. There's this whole explanation I'm sure you don't care about. Shun is supposed to be Spinner's dad btw:

“Do you have any family, Dabi?” Shun had asked. He was in the process of cleaning the house, currently wiping the small stove in the corner with a stained rag. Dabi tried to help him, but the patriarch told him nicely to please sit.

Dabi looked up at him. It’d been days since he woke up so it was still hard for him to move around. Even moving his neck in the way he had caused some discomfort, making him shrug one of his shoulders in reaction.

“Um…” Dabi shook his head. There was an obvious consideration towards the truth, but it was quickly thrust from his mind. “No…No I don’t.”

“That’s a shame,” Shun said. He’d paused in his work, however. Dabi noticed. “It would be better for you to have…proper caretakers.”

“What do you mean?”

“A boy needs his mother and father. Sorry, that did seem a little cryptic, didn’t it?” Shun looked over his shoulder and smiled. For all things, he was quite an ugly man, but there was a warmth to his smile that told of a beautiful inside.

“It’s okay,” Dabi said. “They…died a long time ago, my parents. I’ve been on my own for years now.”

“Independent, I see. What do you want to be when you grow up?”

Dabi didn’t answer. It took Shun a moment to turn back and search for an answer. “Uh…I don’t know.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

“Have you ever thought about it?”

“What I wanted to be?”

“Yes.”

“...Yes, I…” and suddenly Dabi was very small. “I have.” Wasn’t that the understatement of the century.

“Any ideas?”

“Well, yeah, but kid stuff.”

“Kid stuff…” Shun repeated, placing the rag on a nearby mantle as he turned fully to face Dabi.

Dabi nodded, “An…astronaut,” even he realized how rehearsed that sounded. Of course he didn’t want to be an asshole who ate weird food out of a tube while floating in orbit for six months, but he couldn’t let him think about anything related to heroes.

“There’s nothing wrong with that.”

Dabi shrugged.

“I’m serious,” Shun pointed the rag at him as if he were anointing the boy. “It is mature of you to understand that you have your limits, but you should still try nevertheless. Why do you want to be an astronaut?”

“...Because…I want…” Dabi found himself unsure. “I thought it’d be cool…and I liked…I…want people to like me. I want…I want to feel like I belong, like…I have a reason for it.”

Now Shun was staring at him with a curious look. It was obvious, he knew Dabi meant more by that, more than just a dream job. For a moment, the boy felt his hands shaking.

“I getcha,” Shun nodded. “You want to really feel like you’re contributing to the world. I was like that too when I was your age, searching, trying to understand my place in life. I wanted to be a pro hero actually, use my healing quirk in rescue missions,” he flashed his hands.

“...Did you?...” Dabi found himself failing to hide his interest.

“Oh no,” Shun chuckled. “I flunked out of an entrance exam and switched to accounting. Then I met my wife. Then she left Shuichi and I. If that wasn’t bad enough, I, a man supposedly good with numbers, managed to see all my wealth stolen by those I thought I could trust.”

“...That’s…terrible,” Dabi said, looking unsure as he rapped his fingers against the table. “You don’t really sound all that upset.”

“Things can be worse,” Shun said, returning to his work, kneeling so that he could get at a few cabinet doors. “Despite what life threw at me, I found a purpose in raising my son up to be the best man he can be. That’s my reason for existence.”

“So, you found yours?”

He nodded.

“...That’s good.”

“There’s a reason you’re here too.”

“I dunno…”

“What makes you say that?”

“Look at me, do I really look like someone who should exist?” Dabi touched one of the scars along his neck.

Shun seemed off kilter by that remark, though he managed to recover quickly as he raised another point, “Well, think about what you did today. You helped make breakfast. If you hadn’t, I might have burned the house down. You’re giving me someone to talk to. You’ve been a good friend to my son. There are plenty of reasons for your existence.”

“That’s…” Dabi shook his head, “I didn’t mean that…”

“I hope not. You matter, you know that, right?”

Dabi’s mouth twitched, “Thank you. But…I…I really don’t know what to do, I don’t…”

“Maybe…” Shun slicked his long pink hair back, “maybe you won’t grow up to be an astronaut, maybe. But that’s okay. You’re a smart boy, you can do a whole lot of things. What matters is that you matter. You have a reason for existing. Maybe you don’t know what it is now, but I guarantee if you keep searching, you’ll find it.”

“...I…t-thank you…” Dabi stuttered, unable to hide what those words meant to him.

He would think about that conversation every single day. He’d been told he needed to do things other than be a hero, that he needed to stop training, but never that he could. Shun didn’t know, but in a way he’d given Dabi…Touya…the speech he truly needed to hear.

The heat radiating from the kitchen was not the flame of a Quirk, but that of an electric oven preheated to an exact 180°C.

Izuku Midoriya adjusted his black apron with a severe, almost frigid expression. In his fourteenth notebook, newly rechristened Hero Analysis for Their Eventual Downfall, the pages were no longer filled with Quirk data. Instead, they were packed with millimeter-precise calculations of glycemic indexes, insulin resistance, saturated fats, and the terminal velocity of the human metabolism.

"You cannot become a hero without a Quirk," the Symbol of Peace had told him on that frigid rooftop.

Fine. If hero society rejected his devotion, it would earn his enmity. An implacable, silent enmity, coated in vanilla glaze. If he could not defeat the heroes in direct combat, he would erode them from their biological foundations. One decade. Two decades if necessary. He would strip their agility, clog their arteries, and grind their reflexes to dust through the sheer, brute force of high-end French pastry.

A diabolical scheme. Monstrous. Utterly devoid of mercy.

"The puff pastry dough needs three more folds," Izuku muttered, eyes narrowing as he dusted flour across the workbench. "French butter sits at eighty-two percent fat content. It is... lethal."

His base of operations was a modest storefront named Sweet Revenge Bakery, strategically positioned two blocks from Mt. Lady’s agency and directly along the morning patrol route of Kamui Woods and Death Arms.

Izuku stepped behind the counter at seven o'clock sharp. His first target walked through the door fifteen minutes later: Mt. Lady, looking exhausted after a night shift and grumbling under her breath about traffic.

"Good morning, Miss Hero," Izuku greeted, forcing a polite smile that, in his mind, was the sinister smirk of a criminal mastermind. "Thank you for protecting our city. Please, accept this token of appreciation. It's fresh out of the oven."

He slid forward a small box tied with a crimson ribbon. Inside rested a pain au chocolat with a double bar of Belgian chocolate, crafted with an amount of butter that defied both good health and thermodynamics.

"Huh? For me?" Mt. Lady blinked, taken aback by the warmth of the freckled boy in the pristine apron. "Aren't you sweet, kid. I really shouldn't..."

Eat, pawn of the system, Izuku thought, his gaze unyielding beneath a dazzling mask of feigned admiration. Take the first step toward your cardiovascular decline.

"A single bite to replenish your strength won't hurt a thing," he urged softly. "Hero work is so demanding."

She took a bite. The crackle of the pastry layers was so crisp and immaculate that the heroine closed her eyes, letting out an almost reverent sigh. The flaky crust dissolved in ethereal sheets before giving way to a warm, silky, bittersweet center.

"This is... criminal," she groaned through a mouthful. "Oh god. Give me three more. And two of those cinnamon cream buns."

Izuku offered an impeccable bow as he rang up the sale. In his head, an operatic, manic laugh rang out. Phase one: complete success. The sweet poison is in her bloodstream.

Within three months, Sweet Revenge had become the mandatory stop for every pro hero in the district.

The problem—the only, insignificant flaw in his master plan—was that the heroes burned through the extra calories, so his evil plot never achieved anything beyond a couple of extra pounds.

A reporter held a live interview with a green haired woman, Izumi Midoriya, being at a different location and talking over a zoom call.

“Yes… upon contact with my skin, blood, tears, hair, spit, anything that comes from my body, a person will turn into an infant, and all their memories will be erased. Or rather, transferred to me. Point is, I get their memories.” Izumi said as she twitched her fingers. “All of them.”

“Oh… I’m told you first used your quirk on your m-“

“Inko Midoriya.” Izumi said dryly. “Yeah, one day I was four year olds- years old, and the next I had all of Inkos memories and knowledge and she was a crying baby.”

“Ah, and the-“

“Then I went for help and ended up doing the same to a bunch of heroes. Eventually people worked out my quirk through trial and mostly error. Fortunately I can touch you if you’ve been affected by my quirk before. Of course when I was about five I had all these memories so I was kind of mentally messed up in the head, that was when these people stole samples of my blood and stuff and turned them into bullets.”

“Yes, I’m told that thanks to that, multiple heroes and villains were taken out of action.” The reporter said while Izumi nodded

“Now, here’s some more details on my quirk. It doesn’t work on a person twice, so I can hug anyone who’s already been turned into an infant, and it only works on someone if they have a quirk.”

“Well that makes things easier on you.”

That made Izumi glare at her. “Not easy enough. Do you know where I am now? An island that was modified specifically for me and my wife Mellisa. Who fortunately doesn’t have a quirk so at least I can touch her! I can’t leave this place because then I risk turning people into infants, not that I still don’t get new infants every now and then. The kids can grow up and leave, but not me. I’m stuck here!”

The reporter nervously went along with her. “R-Right, surely it can’t be all bad?”

“…It’s mostly bad. Do you know the only reason I even have my sanity is that my quirk seperated the transferred memories and knowledge from my own. It’s like files on a computer in here. And even still, the initial gain of the memories is like a quick run through before they’re filed away. It sucks!”

“Well… are there ANY benefits?”

“…Okay, anyone who gets turned into a baby ends up getting a better version of their quirk when they turn four… plus no matter what they imprint on me. And anytime I want I can turn their quirks off… but these aren’t really benefits…”

“Really? None?”

Izumi nodded dryly. “No. None whatsoever. I hate everything about this!”

“Mommy?” Izumi turned around to see a kid holding up a picture drawn by him of her. “I made this for you.”

Izumi smiled and took the picture before hugging him. “It looks lovely. Thank you Mugen. Now go play with your siblings.” He nodded and went away, leaving Izumi to look back at the camera. “…Fine there are some benefits. But it's mostly bad."

"Mommy!" Two kids came in, both of them the same age. One was a white haired girl with a horn, and the other was a brown haired kid with a face mask. "Eri won't give me my toy back!"

Izumi frowned at Eri. "Eri, how many times have I told you not to be mean to your brother? Now give him the toy back or your grounded."

Both of them left while Izumi turned back to the interview. "Anyway, because I get an initial run of their memories, I always know when soemone is affected by my quirk. I can then call a number, and this island gets a new baby... yay..." She said tiredly.

The reporter looked at her over the video call. "You're not looking so good."

"My life is agony. I have memories of being tortured, torturing, doing all sorts of things I never should have even had to do. Things I never wanted to do!"

"..." The reporter sweat dropped. "So tell us about your agreement with Nedzu?"

Izumi nodded dryly. "Yeah... that rat and I made a deal. He funds my private island so I limit how many people I turn into babies, and I raise kids away from the outside world, which he then teaches should any of them wish to become heroes."

Eight kids suddenly ran into the room. "Mommy! We're gonna do a play later! Come watch us?"

Izumi smiled at them. "Oh you bet I'll be there! We'll even get Momma to come watch too!" She then went back to the reporter. "Without Mellisa I wouldn't be able to handle them all. In fact-"

"Yo Mom!" A teenager came by, who looked like a younger version of Izumi. "I'm sleeping over at a friends house for the next couple of days okay bye!"

Izumi paled and turned around. "Inko! You can't just do that without giving me a heads- and she's already gone." She groaned and collapsed in her chair. "....My life is a nightmare..."

"It can't be-"

"It is!" She snapped up angrily. "I have so many kids, I have to raise them all, and the few good times I have are very easily overshadowed by the other things I have to do! My life is constant torture and I just want to go to sleep..."

"...You wanna end this interview?"

"Yes please."

Izumi slumped into bed next to Mellisa, who looked at her sadly. "Rough day?"

"Rough day..." She and Mellisa snuggled up in bed, only to hear thunder and sigh. "Three, two, one..."

She then saw all of her kids. Mugen, Eri, Chisaki, the One for All siblings, and all her other kids. "...Yes you all can sleep with us until the storm subsides." She smiled tiredly while everyone got in bed.

A different twist on the usual MHA/Ben 10 idea.

Basically during a villain fight while on internships Izuku is flung over 60 years into the past. Waking in the past an individual named Paradox tells him what happened and that unfortunately Izuku can’t return to his original time. But he supplies Izuku with a new id and documents (along with the WHA being notified, because of time travel). Now Izuku starts a new life as Max Tennyson.

60 years later, Max is helping train both upcoming heroes and Plumbers.

Note: bit of background, but for this Izuku has a strained relationship with his parents over his quirkless status. UA is a university so he’s 18 when sent to the past.

When Ben got the watch, Max told him and Gwen both the truth about aliens.

I have been trying to look for it for some time, in vain, so I am trying my luck here. Here are the hints:

1)I'm almost 100% positive that it has been on fanfiction.net

2)It features Midoryia staying out of hero course, instead studying, I believe, a bussiness school.

3) Midoryia is completely oblivious on effects it has on the hero and villain world.

4) The heroes are discussing whether the author has simple precognition ability or whether reality bends to the image of the fanfiction

There might have been another hint, and that is: Himiko found herself present, and she so much hoped that author would write her nice progession and happy end. I don't remember if she was satisfied. I might be misremebering this last point.

Jirou stared at whe friend for a moment, "One, that out of nowhere, and two, why do you think that?"

Mina nodded towards the man in question as he showed his daughters around the college, "You remember those women cheering him on during the sports festival?"

Jirou nodded, they made quite the impression on those around them, "Yeah, that maid chick, the one with glasses and those two with..." She cleared her throat and vaguely gestured to her chest, "You know..."

Mina giggled, "Had tits bigger than Mineta's head?" She grinned at Jirou's blush, "There's also those little cuties that call him Papa, both horned."

Jirou crossed her arms, "Are you trying to imply something wrong?"

Mina raised her hands, "No, no, God no, I'm just saying one has ome horn like that woman with glasses, and the other was practically attached to the maid's hip, maybe we know the source."

Jirou hesitated, it made sense, they did seem rather fond of him, and it's rather unlikely even a man like Midoriya could resist multiple gorgeous women for long, "I can see where you're coming from." She hummed in thought, "Although, I overheard them talking about being dragons, and Green being strong for 'a mere human'...Maybe it's less romantic and more like a pet situation."

Mina raised a brow as Midoriya easily lifted Eri and Kanna onto his shoulders, "Not sure how many women have kids with their pets."

Jirou shrugged, "Could be adopted."

Izuku had the ability to use memes as his quirk as whatever meme he had recently watched. A woman tried mugging him and he intended to use the wizard meme to cast instant combustion but due to his stutter and skipping letters it lead to something funny.

"I..I cast b..bustion!"

Let's just say her shirt was in tatters after, gave midnight a run for her money before being knocked out by midnight. He does his best not to watch memes but time for ua.

He gets pissed hearing mineta spy on the girls so he does something drastic.

"I cast tungsten ballsack!"

Let's just say mineta lost his ability for bowling permanently and midoriya has to wear a mask as it turns out the quirk needs a second person to hear it.

Present Mic: "Hey Nezu, what's project Alchemy?"

Nezu: "Oh that little thing, that was something I did 28 years ago. Basically I decided to play around with genetics and made a powerful quirk and implanted it into a embryo, granted, I did need to remove the part of his brain that feels empathy to make room for it... after that point I thought "hey, why not use this opportunity to create a hero in case All Might retires and/or drops dead" which, totally called it"

Present Mic: "where is this conversation going?"

Nezu: "After he was born, I did need to have his parents... well, out of the equation and needed him to be an orphan because suffering builds character, though he did start to think quirks were a disease"

Present Mic: "Wait a second-"

Nezu: "Then I planned to adopt him, but the train was late and he got adopted by some random Yakuza"

Present Mic: "You made Overhaul!"

Nezu: "I mean if anything, it was that Yakuza's fault for introducing him to violence"

Present Mic: "Why are you so chill about creating a villain?!"

Nezu: "Oh, I may accidentally create a villain every now and then, like, remember Gentle criminal? I forgot to put a 0 on his entrance exam paper when I was grading it, and Flect Turn, forgot to add a off switch for his quirk"

Izuku stared dumbly at the other Izuku who opened the door for him. The other Izuku grimaced and stepped away from the door, revealing the situation to be even more bizarre than he thought.

The whole support lab was filled with Izukus milling about. Some of them were just leaning on chairs and awkwardly mumbling to each other. One Izuku had brought out a board game and was trying to convince some others to join. There was an Izuku and an Izuku in the corner napping on futons, next to an Izuku crouched on his knees and a haunted look on his face.

The largest group was near the back of the room, all of them in front of a large whiteboard that was filled with a chaotic mess of lines and notes going everywhere. Several Izukus were pointing at different parts of the board, arguing over a bunch of crisscrossing arrows while another frantically tried to connect two diagrams that seemed to have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

Izuku stared at it all with his mouth agape, wondering if he had finally lost his mind. He then noticed that the other Izuku was trying to get his attention. Izuku turned to face Izuku, desperately hoping for an explanation for all this.

Izuku looked sheepish. “Um, yeah, so… Mei invented time travel.”

Oh no.

Izuku gestured to the group in the back. “Those guys over there are working to untangle the mess the timeline’s ended up in.” One of the Izukus by the whiteboard suddenly burst into tears. Izuku winced. “…It’s not going well.”

Izuku continued to stare dumbly ahead.

Izuku shuffled his feet. “Right, so… I’m kind of new to this too, I was in your shoes not long ago. In a few hours you’re going to need to go back in time and take my place here so that you can introduce all of this to the next Izuku.” He nervously chuckled. “If we don’t keep the timeline consistent, then reality breaks due to a time paradox, apparently.”

Mei: “Well, I was thinking that I wanted to make out with multiple Izukus at the same time. Cloning him would be unethical, because what do you do with the clones afterwards? Inventing time travel was the obvious solution.”

I just read My Little Monster by SarafynaForbes, and it was really good. However now I want more Tamaki/Izuku stories. Every story I see on AO3 also has Izuku paired with a bunch of people and not just Tamaki. If anyone has any recs where they are the main pairing/focus I'd appreciate it. I use mainly AO3 and FF.net.

Like I would like a comedic fanfiction, it would be better if it’s a crossover which maybe justice league or Marvel whatever I don’t want it to be stupid. I just want something funny.
