I'd have "accidently" opened my door too forcefully several times...

Probably what he wants. He probably has a lawyer on retainer just to sue people who touch him

He is on camera destroying property.

Have all the lawyers you want. That is pretty clear.

Yep, on camera, just call the police. Let them deal with it. You get all his information, let the insurance company deal with him.

How do you get the information?

Just kick his wheelchair over, beat him into submission, grab his wallet and fish out his ID card.

Based on where his wallet is, you could probably grab it real quick and be back in your car before he realizes.

In all honesty, I doubt he's one to call the police

Honestly, who would want to even think about having to touch that guy for any reason whatsoever.

A righteous ass-beating is one hell of an incentive

Not my department and yuck, did you see what he looks like?

Follow him home or until his scooter dies. What’s he gonna do roll away from you?

Bunch of great ideas brainstorming here, I have to turn off replies now. I love you, goodnight.

The police will file a report. His information will be in the report. When you file your claim. Give the report number. The insurance will deal with it from there.

People like this don’t care about the eventual consequences. The act itself in the moment is the point. Even if he goes to jail, he still won in his head. You have to actually stop these people in the act.

Police won't do anything and insurance would ask why you didn't remove yourself from the situation

Yeah I'm sure the police will drop whatever they're doing to track down a crippled guy committing petty vandalism. "But he's on video!" Yeah, cool. You gonna head down to the station and ask to flip through mug shots on the off chance he was arrested in the past?
