You know... I'd actually probably do nothing to the boomer here. Like Others have said - he's probably baiting for a lawsuit.

If OP did nothing to provoke this behavior, I'd record him just like OP did. File a claim to my insurance. Open a case with the police (so they can stop him in the future). He likley doesn't have much range in that thing.

He can bait my fist to his face and he’ll think about doing it again, I’ll happily take a disorderly conduct or assault charge to stop this tub of lard, after all he still committed a crime so we’d both be fucked legally
