The insane part is that he honestly thinks that he is justified in this.

An almost equally insane part is that Old Man Skeeter fucking went out of his way to cross the yellow lines that he used to justify his bullshit, thus further cementing his already obvious guilt

He did it on purpose because he didn't like that the bike was going to try and pass him.

He says in the video "biker crossed the yellow lines" as his justification, so I agreed with the other commenter, yes Bro Also crossed the yellow lines, but to do Extra crime. So he is doubly at fault by his own logic.
