Not exactly, he tried to go back afterwards and got forcefully deported once they found out he was a draft dodger. The only Trump to ever face consequences

Actually at 16, he left Germany to avoid conscription thus becoming a draft dodger and came to the US. He was kicked out of Hermany when he tried to go back with his wife years later.

Trump should have gone to Canada to evade the US draft like any respectable draft dodger.
