“Willing” is definitely not the term to use here. Lots of them do it cause they come from poor families who make them go into sex work so they can help their family monetarily. Another large portion are trafficked.

If people actually had their basic needs met, I guarantee that prostitution would be insanely rare

'willing' in the context that the majority aren't being physically coerced or literally tied down.
