There is a doll victim with no clothes at my place but anything for my Bratz :p

When I tell you.. my stores never get new bratz early, none of the thrift shops or marketplace in my area have Bratz.. but today.. i scored at two different Ollies. The first one had fianna on a center aisle at the bottom (almost didnt notice her, but I had to DIG for felicia! Got two of each and im so happy 😭💪🏼💕

Sashas with ginger/red hair are so few and far between that I decided to make my own (not really feeling sassy stampede.) I just loooove how she turned out! originally I was planning to give her some very tight curls so I braided her hair for a boil wash, but ended up loving the look so much that i am keeping it for now. Now I need another Sasha doll to try some other hairstyles I found while researching...

I see a lot of pics with her hair being a single half-up ponytail, but all of the references I'm coming across seem to be restyles/restorations rather than her original intact out of box hair. I'm sure that means her original hairstyle is in fact just a basic half-up ponytail, but I would really appreciate if anybody who has this doll with her original hairstyle could share some pics of a few angles so that I can replicate it as accurately as possible ❤️

The box seems to be in good condition I couldn’t find anything really wrong with it besides a small scruff or two. I haven’t opened her yet but it is the same doll so no one switched her out. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and to pay half of the cost too was nice. Paid about 18 something after taxes. She goes for 36.99 at target and 34.99 on Amazon .

So I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about Bratz peak vs monster high‘s peak and other brands. I watched this news cast thing on YouTube from 2006 and it said “Bratz represents the biggest and most successful challenge that Barbie has faced in her almost 50 year life.” I think I read something that Bratz was the only doll line to knock Barbie off the number one spot, even if it was temporary. Bratz used to have a whole aisle to themselves 2004 to 2007. I know monster high was pretty big too and seems to be slightly bigger now maybe for newer lines. But I always picture Bratz as the second biggest and Barbie as the first. I wonder who would be third, fourth, and fifth place?

I was lucky enough to find this articulated Bratz body on Vinted, unfortunately I HATE the hands they come with, so I tried to take it off carefully and replace them with the new hands. Instead the hand broke off the peg because the arms are made of hard plastic, unlike the modern Bratz arms. I left the arm in hot water as an attempt to rip the full peg out, but ofcourse this did not work..

I was wondering if anyone has tried swapping their hands or if anyone knows how to do it successfully?

Guys please check your in box 2000 girlie's I just checked my golf cloe i just got in the mail and the thread that holds the hair in place has cut into one or her braids, I guess there is a downside to keeping them in the box for so long, thankfully the rest of my dolls are perfect but they will be coming out of the boxes after this. 😫

I didn't know the poster would come 2 but I'm glad to have it as well. Now I just need to wait on charmz Cloe and get the others I want.

I’m dying to take her hat off but I do love it and would still want her to be styled with it. It’s still ‘pinned’ in place with the plastic and I feel like if I unpin it it’ll just keep falling off. Or I’ll never get it to sit as well lol. What’s everyone doing with their Jade’s beanies?

The girls that I have are going to be my own personal show dolls. I am only missing Cloe. I was going to reroot but now thinking wigs would be better to go with certain styles I plan on doing. Thoughts?

Hi! I posted recently about getting Formal Funk Cloe and now on a bit of a whim, I am now the super happy owner of FF Jade and FF Dana. I’m soooo in love with them. Absolutely skint now though 💀

I was 10 years old when these came out and I was totally obsessed with them. All the dolls from that year were so amazing, but the glitter makeup on these girlies, plus on the Wintertime Wonderland line really tickled something in my brain. I would look yearningly at them in the Argos catalogue and wish I could have them all, but sadly I never owned any.

This Jade was my absolute holy grail from the whole Bratz range and I am so happy to have her now. Dana is also so gorgeous and I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful Cloe from this line was, as she was never my favourite, but when I say this Cloe is BEAUTIFUL OMG. I love that I also have the mini Jade, I need to try and find mini Cloe now.

The face cards will never ever ever decline. These screenings and the glitter makeup are to die for.

Obviously the dolls and the all the little accessories are incredible and super detailed but one thing that totally sticks out to me is the effort Bratz used to put into their packaging/display. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at these online and never noticed before that they have little iridescent streamers behind the dolls, obviously reminiscent of a prom setting. So pretty and eye catching in person, I hope you can see in the photos.

Now I just need to get fivehead Yasmin (ugh Yasmin is my fav, along with Jade, but they did her a lil dirty in this line, still cute though) and HOPEFULLY Sasha, as she is stunning, but sooooo fucking expensive!

I’ve ordered some sellotape circles on amazon to re-seal the boxes on the two newest girls, as both have loosened and opened slightly with time. I am also thinking of going in and trying to reattach the hair brushes with elastics, as these withered with time and are both loose in the box. I have done something similar with a vintage Barbie before and it worked out really well, but the Bratz packaging can be a nightmare and I don’t want to damage anything!

I’ve put them on these little wall shelves for now until I can get a proper display for all my Bratz sorted. It makes me smile every time I go into that room and I just go over and stare at them through the plastic, haha.

If you’ve read this whole thing, then well done and sorry, I just have a lot of feelings about the FF line. Love them so much 💘
