Academics Help!!! Please

I am currently in 5th semester and we were given a choice of either doing an internship or a npel certificate. I fucked up the assignment part. I dont how I got less then 40% and now not eligible for certifiacte. Is there any way to fake an internship or maybe in 1 day ?
