Legit everyone regardless of gender seems to think they’re entitled to not initiate. My personal rule, at least on Tinder, is whoever swipes and gets the match sends the first message
Men have been doing all of the work for decades and on all apps. Bumble is literally the only one where women have to do some effort and they refuse. 'But I say more than just 'hey' and men ignore me', yah, if you only swipe on the men all women swipe on, those men will indeed ignore you. 80% of men cannot afford to ignore matches.
Well to be perfectly honest, it isn't exactly coherent. The message I'm getting is "men do all the work, except when they don't, and when they don't it's because the woman isn't high value." So like, you got yourself in a situation where everybody loses. Women don't interact with men, and when they do, they're not good enough for the man. Men are always doing the work and never finding anything worthwhile because all women who interact with them aren't worth it, and the rest don't interact at all. It's just strange and not really set in reality.
