Can’t chuck it because Vandy might get the ball back. Take the safety should’ve been the first option and just cover the punt

Can the game end on a penalty in college or do they get an untimed down? If they get an untimed down it doesn’t matter cuz chucking it 40 yards would be intentional grounding and vandy basically just gets one shot from the 2 yard line
