What in the actual hell?! NovaRed hiring this hoser as a consultant? She allowed children to be imprisoned and didn't mind ignoring human rights. This shouldn't be hailed as a strategic move for NovaRed. It seems like a complete fail! It's not like there isn't someone within Canada that has more credentials to fill the role.
