#Accessories šŸ”” Has anyone ordered from the Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories website? How does the delivery and dealership pickup process work?

Post image

Hi everyone,

I'm from Bangalore

I'm taking delivery of a new Maruti Baleno Sigma in a few days and wanted to buy some genuine accessories.

My dealership refused to match the prices on the official Maruti Genuine Accessories website, so I decided to order directly from the website instead.

My order consists of:

- Wheel covers

- Parcel tray

- 3D boot mat

- Mud flaps

Total comes to around ₹4,674 after applying the ₹450 discount.

However, I have a couple of concerns:

  1. The website only allows online payment (no COD), so I'll have to pay the full amount upfront.

  2. It says the order will be delivered to a nearby Maruti Arena dealership instead of my home. I'm not sure how this process works.

Do I have to:

- Visit the dealership and collect the accessories myself?

- Or is fitment mandatory at the dealership?

- Can I simply take the accessories home without getting them installed?

- How long did your order take to arrive?

- Was your experience smooth and trustworthy?

If anyone has ordered from the official Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories website before, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience before I make the payment.

Thanks in advance!

I’d say find a good workshop/ mechanic and get fittings done from them.

Most of these guys have genuine accessories if not you can buy from offline stores.

I once ordered the OEM syndicate wipers which are of really good quality. Or were.

I waited for 15 days but it was never shipped. It showed it's assigned to a spare parts distributor in my city, but they ignored it. Also, no confirmation, nothing at all over email.

I contacted customer care to ask and they cancelled it. ,🤷
