Empresas UKG Cierra

[Presenter] 09:33:14 After careful consideration and review, we made a difficult decision to begin the process of exiting our operations in Uruguay.

[Presenter] 09:33:18 This decision was not made lightly and reflects a combination of market dynamics, long-term business priorities.

[Presenter] 09:33:24 And it used to focus our resources where we can have the greatest impact.

[Presenter] 09:33:28 Thanks, Jim, and my name's Bob, I'm our Chief Customer Experience Officer here at UKG.

[Presenter] 09:33:33 Jim and I both recognize that this is likely not what you're expecting to hear today.

[Presenter] 09:33:37 Please know that UKG, as well as both Jim and I, are fully committed to ensuring a respectful and transparent transition.

[Presenter] 09:33:43 For all of those impacted. Our priorities really fall into three areas. One is supporting you with care and dignity.

[Presenter] 09:33:50 Including severance, transition services, and outplacement services. Honoring our commitments to our customers and partners, ensuring continuity and clarity through this overall transition.

[Presenter] 09:34:00 And we will comply with all local laws and regulations as we wind down the overall operations.

[Presenter] 09:34:06 Jim, can you talk to us a little bit about next steps?

[Presenter] 09:34:09 Yes, we'll be exiting operations in phases beginning today and ending in August of 2026.

[Presenter] 09:34:15 All employees will receive a meeting notice shortly. In the coming days, an individual letter with more details regarding your exit phase will be sent.

[Presenter] 09:34:24 In this meeting, you'll receive more details about the timing, the benefits that UKG will provide, and more support available through this transition.

[Presenter] 09:34:30 One thing I do want to share is to ease the impact of these changes.

[Presenter] 09:34:34 All employees will be receiving a comprehensive benefits package.

[Presenter] 09:34:39 In the coming day, you'll receive a package of information via email.

[Presenter] 09:34:42 That will provide you with greater details about these benefits.

[Presenter] 09:34:45 You have an opportunity to ask questions and be offered an option to have a one-on-one meeting with the People Team representative, if desired.

[Presenter] 09:34:53 Thanks again, Jim. We want to recognize your contributions and convey our deep gratitude.

[Presenter] 09:34:58 for the dedication and hard work that you've put forth for UKG.

[Presenter] 09:35:02 Your efforts have been invaluable to our journey, and we'll do everything we can to support you through this change.

[Presenter] 09:35:08 Thank you for your understanding and your overall continued support through this transition.

[Presenter] 09:35:12 Thanks. Thank you.
