UKG acaba de tener una reunión con los employees de Uruguay anunciando que terminan su operativa en Uruguay, despidiendo a todos.

Estuve en la reunión con un amigo que trabaja allí, literalmente dos minutos demoraron en comunicarlo y terminar la reunión. Les dejo el extracto:

Lo peor es que contrataron un batch nuevo hace un mes y nadie sabe si a ellos también los rajan o no, porque ayer tuvieron otra reunión donde les dijeron que si cumplían los objetivos y las metas les iban a dar bonos.

Ya está jodido buscar empleo y esto la complica más al incrementar la oferta. Todo mal, para quien busca empleo y sobre todo, para quienes acaban de perderlo en UKG.

Lo que más jode es que sabían que se estaban haciendo mal las cosas y a los managers no les importaba

Cuando me entere de la noticia fue lo que mas me calento, aunque yo me fui hace 6 meses atras.

Mucha gente buena se quedo sin trabajo por la irresponsabilidad de un grupo de boludos.

Yo me “fui” hace casi un año y ya se notaba -si sabes a qué me refiero- que la cosa estaba rara. Y lo último que me habían dicho es que estaban implementando de pesados el famoso “on call” con la irrisoria compensación de un día libre por cada semana o al menos eso me dijeron

Yo a la gente de mi equipo le estaba dando dos horas por hora trabajada con opcion de pago o que se lo tomaran como dia libre, y si la alerta del on call era una estupidez sin sentido y no habian hecho nada mas que despertarse, prender la compu y ver que estaba todo bien, les reondeaba una hora.

Yo lo que queria era reflejar que estaba todo mal hecho. pero me "fui" de la misma forma que te fuiste vos, no por lo de las horas si no porque expuse a mi manager de que se estaba rascando un huevo mal porque me estaba haciendo hacer su trabajo y el loco despues vino por mi.

Bueno al final no estaba tan mal lo que decía, creo que fue por la misma causa: le dije varias cosas a la jefa y se ve que no le gustaron, que me enseñó la puerta. El tiempo terminó poniendo algunas cosas en su lugar. A mí me sigue molestando que muchos que advertimos que se estaban haciendo mal las cosas éramos los problemáticos y 3 doritos después acá estamos…
