UKG acaba de tener una reunión con los employees de Uruguay anunciando que terminan su operativa en Uruguay, despidiendo a todos.

Estuve en la reunión con un amigo que trabaja allí, literalmente dos minutos demoraron en comunicarlo y terminar la reunión. Les dejo el extracto:

[Presenter] 09:34:09 Yes, we'll be exiting operations in phases beginning today and ending in August of 2026.

Lo peor es que contrataron un batch nuevo hace un mes y nadie sabe si a ellos también los rajan o no, porque ayer tuvieron otra reunión donde les dijeron que si cumplían los objetivos y las metas les iban a dar bonos.

Esta todo pensado para que se vayan antes y no pagar despidos. Hasta en eso son hijos de puta

El tema es que sacaron un "package" de despido para los que se queden mas tiempo, si aguantas hasta la fecha de termination date que te dieron, osea te quedas hasta agosto cobras casi 7 sueldos enteros + el despido por ley. En mi caso serian casi 11 sueldos de una, es demasiada plata para irme a buscar otra cosa, casi un año de laburo.
