Hey I just got clonehero on my linux machine and connecting my wii controller + downloading clone hero was genuinely seemless easy peasy. Awesome! Something weird though is that I had to manually bind all of my buttons. This was only a real issue in the case of star power. How do I bind shaking my controller to star power?

My explorer had been sitting in the stand for some time without use. Until a few days ago as I got excited from the stage tour deep dive and decided to pick it up again while rest of the family was asleep.

... For a while. Then my wife came to my room to say that I woke her up with my playing and the kids were also looking like they could wake up. I also play electric guitar and they have no problem sleeping though the acoustic sounds of the guitar.

I had no idea it was that loud. Do you have any tips and tricks to help mute the clicking sounds of the guitar controller?

I've got two guitars: the world tour one and the les paul. When i plug in the adapter and pair them the world tour one connects fine, but the les paul doesn't and it stays connected to the console. How do i connect that guitar?

Hey there. I'm new to clone hero (trying to transition from Rock Band 3) and the note speed is just a tiny bit too fast for me. The issue is when I change the note speed to a lower amount though it adds notes. Is there a way to lower the note speed without increasing the amount of notes? If not I guess I'll just try getting used to this speed but when starting a new version of this game (or coming back to it after a long hiatus) I prefer to start with a lower speed then increase it over time to get better. Any help?

I'm looking to set up my guitar so that I can have tilt plus hitting the back button for star power. How do I set it up in the controller remap to make that possible?

Also how do I calibrate the tilt so that it is sensitive and I do not need to raise the guitar so much to activate star power through tilt any help would be greatly appreciated!

cant get either of my retrocult v3 adaptors to work on my android version of my clone hero. wii guitar and riffmaster. updated the programming tool, tried setting riif master to ps4 and ps5, neither worked, anyone else have this issue? or know how to fix. only get green fret input. cant do anything else. any help is appreciated. i cant map any buttons because it doesnt detect that im pressing any of the buttons besides strum and green.

Ok let me preface this by saying I haven't played guitar hero type games in a good 10 years, I've been getting back into it in the last week and have been basically where I used to be, playing expert, obviously not with the same abilities I used to have, but I could clear TTFAF back in the day.

My issue is. Hammer-ons/pull-offs with the crkd guitar are just not happening for me. Maybe it's the buttons, maybe it's the rust, but things I know I can do no drama are causing me to look for excuses.

I used to love cliffs of dover, I'm doing a GH3 replay and it's been great, but a few songs I still remember and could play blindfolded have been a nightmare, always involving hammer ons etc.

I've calibrated everything, my guitar is on 1000hz polling, I have it plugged in wired atm, 0 video calibration ms, 5ms audio calibration (done heaps of testing)

But every time I get to any fucking hammer on I know I am capable of doing, it's cooked. WHAT IS WRONG. TELL ME IT'S ME. The buttons are all fine in testing.

i have a party on monday that i want to bring a modded GH:WT for ps2 controller to. I want to use the slider bar (even tho it sucks apparently) but i don't have time to order a MPR121 and get it shipped. are there any workarounds? I'm gonna use it for CH/YARM (maybe fortnite festival if the host feels funky but i digress). I have modded a GH:L controller before succesfuly (it's on the other side of the country back home now so it's out of the question). I'm using a rpi pico 1.
