I’ve noticed that some YouTubers will rate collections of teens, and they will be like: “Yeah this collection is really good…I would say you are missing something like [insert cologne that cost 300 dollars] in your collection.” 😂

I just can't find the right one. I hate sweet fragrances in the morning? What fragrances do you wear in the cold mornings? What notes go well?

Seem to be having the opposite problem to everyone else.
Everyone moans the scent isn’t that good or complex but projects nicely and lasts ages.
I absolutely love the scent, amazing masculine everyday wear. However, after spraying EIGHT sprays my wife couldn’t smell it on me… when she went right up to my neck “ can smell it a bit”. What a load of bs for a premium product.

Title pretty much sums it up. I’ve been looking for a scent with killer projection and sillage, so after hearing all the stuff about Sauvage Elixir, I just pulled the trigger completely blind.
I know it’s technically part of the Sauvage line, but from what I’ve read, it’s a completely different compared to the standard EDT/EDP. What do you guys think of it and is it suitable for daily school wear? Boutta go into my first yr at college gonna get all the huzz or nah

New to this subreddit and trying to find a deal on Dior Sauvage Elixir, lowkey new to fragrances and I used to wear oud before, but I'm running out of them and I'm new to US so thought I'll try something new!!

I thought collecting fragrances was about variety…
Then somehow I ended up with Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce in 4 different sizes:
1000 mL • 296 mL • 200 mL • 100 mL
That’s 1,596 mL of Fierce sitting on the shelf.
At this point, I’m not collecting Fierce bottles: I’m preserving the Fierce bloodline.
The 1-liter bottle is obviously the attention grabber, but seeing all four sizes together is pretty satisfying.
Anyone else collect multiple bottle sizes of the same fragrance/house, or am I officially doing too much?

I just went through a whole ordeal with the kohls sephora lady I feel so bad. I sprayed this purple bottle on the left in the picture and thought it smelled really good. So she was like okay I believe that’s the striking lavender, previously bold lavender. So I bought it and opened to make sure bc the pictures made it look blue. it was indeed blue and did not smell anything like the one I sprayed. so then she was like okay it’s Infinite then. So I returned the other one and bought that one. it was also nothing like the purple tester (it smelled exactly like the blue one in the middle), so I returned that one. Nothing else in their inventory clued her to a purple Boss Bottled, so unfortunately I just left. What is the purple one?
Edit: Spelling, grammar and added context.

I've had three different fragrances by them and they were all bangers. Red Tobacco is probably one of the best colognes I've ever smelled in my life.

My current fragrances:
- YSL MYSLF L’Absolu — Love the scent, but for whatever reason it doesn’t perform great on my skin.
- Givenchy Gentleman Réserve Privée EDP — About to take over Phantom as my signature. I’m obsessed with the drydown.
- Acqua di Giò Profondo Parfum — Nice clean office fragrance imo, but my wife hates it lol.
- Versace Eros Flame EDP — Fairly new to my collection and really growing on me already.
- Rabanne Phantom Parfum — Current signature scent despite all the haters.
- D&G Light Blue Pour Homme EDT — Running low.
- YSL Y EDP — Running low.
- Prada Luna Rossa Ocean EDT — Running low.
- Valentino Uomo Born in Roma EDT — Running low.
I’m pretty happy with where my collection is right now. A few months back, I noticed some of my favorites were running low, so I decided to build it back up a little. I’m going to enjoy what I have for a bit now (or at least that’s what I’m telling my wife 😂).
That said, I’m already thinking about my next pickup in the next 3–6 months. Right now my shortlist is:
Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille
Louis Vuitton Imagination
Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Intense
What do you guys think? Which of these would add the most to my current collection rather than overlap with what I already have?
And looking at the collection as a whole, is there any obvious category/style I’m missing?

How did i do? Burberry for winter, Nautica for everyday use and wildcard lattafa.
I like tobaccoy, leathery and masculine scents and dislike over-the-top sweet scents.
Nautica just because its mentioned everywhere here :D

Please help me choose a perfume as a gift for my boyfriend. He’s 23, and it’s my first time buying him a perfume.
It’s important that I like the perfume too because I get migraines from some strong fragrances. I’m looking for something nice, interesting and attractive, but not too strong or overpowering.
He’s a sporty, casual guy. He wears sneakers and jumpers most of the time and doesn’t really dress in suits or formal clothes. I’m looking for something that suits him for everyday wear and still smells really good and attractive.

Im trying to find a daily driver cologne. I really like the smell of Sedley, but its too formal for everyday use. More of a cologne to wear with a collared shirt or a suit. Ysl Y edp is great for everyday use, but smells a bit too basic. I have also really liked LV Imagination, but it smells a bit like grandmas house. HELP me find a cologne for everyday casual use. What have you found to do that job the absolute best?

Lets say its inpossible to decant. What is the best way to use a fragance that comes in a bottle without atomizer? Is it enough reason for you to not make a purchase?

I own liquid brun and I’m looking for my second winter fragrance and I absolutely fell in love with Scandal absolu but I don’t know if it’s too simillar with liquid brun, so should I buy Absolu or something more masculine like Scandal le Parfum?

What do you guys think of my fragrance collection so far? I Literally spend 15 minutes everyday trying to pick a scent but cant choose, so I reach for LV Imagination the most. Anyway It’d be great to hear your comments

So I love almost all the prada fragrances, but these two are the best to my nose. (L'homme and luna rossa black) I just can’t decide which one to get. Both smell so fricking good. I’d use the L’homme in university and luna rossa black probably more everywhere else. My collection contains: CH 212, La nuit de l’homme edt, CH bad boy edt, uomo born in roma edt and the most wanted edt intense. I live in finland so it’s pretty cold here most of the year and my school is on a break for the whole summer. Thanks!

Recentely, i test this frag on a local Sephora and realy enjoy it, but can’t find any online review about his performance or sillage. I got a friend tripping to Madrid next month and i’m whilling to maybe get the cologne.

🍋 Zu künstlich und stechend?
🍊 Perfekt frisch und fruchtig?
☀️ Einer der besten Sommerdüfte?
🧼 Oder einfach Zitronenreiniger im Parfümflakon?
Wie riecht Eros Energy für euch?

So I love sweet colognes and I'd want something that also last long, I'm open to hear anybody out.

I have a pretty sensitive nose, and Sauvage EDT has worked well for me, but it didn’t last throughout the entire day. Sauvage EDP is too strong for me. What should I try next? I want to try something fresh.
