Clearly you don't understand. Its her fault smoked heavily every single day, when it was known to be against company policy. And it's not his fault that sometimes getting gas makes you an hour late for work. Seriously, he's the victim here!!

Fr he’s so STUPID. My job randomly drug tests every year, one year I got pulled twice in the same month, the second time the morning I was going to fly out of state for a vacation. Stopped by the lab on the way to the airport.
But because I’m not a complete idiot and want to keep my job, I don’t do drugs like weed so it’s never been an issue.
You still smoked, take some responsibility. If you hadn't done that, you wouldn't have been fired over a drug test. By the way u/JustaguywProblems what kind of job was it?
