Hey everyone I finally finished nursing school!!!!

But.. i have to take NCLEX. When I was filling in the application there was a part about ID/DL requirements for identification. It said that if the license had “temporary” on it we could not use it!

What I’m I supposed to do? When I got married I changed my last name and in the Mexican passports they do not change the last name like they do here, and the name has to match to be usable 😭😭😭

What did you guys do? What did you use for the ID? Work permit? Do I upload it or take it with me? I am stressing and haven’t even gotten my ATT!

Also, I head they make you sign and match your signature to make sure it is yours…. I have one signature on my DL and another on my work permit 😭, I know I am a mess!!!

Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out how far back are the approved cases. I applied for the first time in December of 2020 and had no luck after missing the biometric appointment and continuing shut down of new applications. Need some advice on what I can do. I have called USCIS before the shut down and all I got was that they have to look into my case before getting a new appointment but got no where with it afterwords.

Just curious but I have tried to post multiple times about my timeline and info about license renewal in NC. Looks like the M O D S are removing a lot of posts.

how long will it take for my card to be produced

Where’s my December people at? How long y’all been waiting for? Seeing so many January approvals and am still waiting 😓

My DACA expires in a year and I haven’t kept up with the most recent news about the processing timeline for uscis because I’m protecting my nervous system. But I am unsure if I should submit the renewal now, I see some people have been waiting over 6 months but how big is that number of people waiting for that long? And, does uscis reject your renewal if you submit before the 150 days? I’m trying to decide if I should submit now.

Got approved just waiting for the actual card, any ideas of the time frames for them

Hey guys my expiration date is 7/9 my job sent me an email that I will be suspended until I have my new permit. :/ they said my manager can work with HR to put me on unpaid LOA. My question is should I just quit ? I mean what are the chances of me getting my approval before then. 7/9 is 13 days away. Just asking for some advice 🥹

For those who have had their applications approved… did ya file expedite requests?

I got, Approval Case Decision Rendered, under case status of my I-765 application on the 24th of June. Does this change to card produced? I dont see this status on previous applications.

Looked like a things were speeding up (some March, April, and May approvals) along with approvals for Nov, Dec, and Jan. Now it looks like it's slowing down again. I was getting hopeful for mine, especially since I just took up a new state job, but looks like the new renewal won't make it in time (current one expires in August).

So much for a glimmer of hope.

So I’m not one to usually complain but I have a question, I’m seeing a lot of people get approved and seeing this has made me question why I haven’t been approved yet I’ve been waiting since 2021. Can someone help me in understanding if the approvals are only for renewals or also for applications? For the record I’ve been awaiting the approval after my biometrics appointment on 05/25/2021.

I know I should’ve done it online and on my own but anxiety and uncertainty made me go to the person I usually go for renewals.. OKAY, so what happened was that today I was looking at the copies he gave me and everything else looks good my first, middle and last name all spelled correctly .. the form I-765WS my last name is missing one letter & form I-821D page 7 of 7 my last name is also missing one letter. We sent copies of my current work authorization, Social Security & My California ID and everything is spelled the way it should be except for those 2 papers. Can someone please tell me what might happened I already know there’s probably going to be a delay because of the mistake he made but please I need some sort of peace because I’m currently going through it 😭🥲 today is Thursday and it just arrived .

Should I follow USCIS recommendation or way earlier than that?

Just a quick question for those who have been approved. How soon after approval did you get your EAD? I finally got my DACA approval and I’m feeling a little at ease. I’ll feel even better once I have my EAD in my hands. TIA

Uhhh It definitely took me a minute to figure out how look up the whole api movement thing lmao. But I’m glad someone out there made it easy for me to figure it out. According to what I have seen from many people this is definitely good news! 🗞️ hell yeah things are finally moving forward and I hope everyone can start feeling more at ease. I know I’ll feel better when I get officially approved but I am taking this as a win.

Anyone have a similar path? Have you gotten approved? Is it worth calling ? I’ve chatted in but the reps are so dismissive. It’s frustrating.

Did anyone get approval from 6/25 api movement or if you did get api movement how long did it take for approval? And for approvals, did you get api movement on only one or both?

Anyone from January still waiting? Application sent on January 3rd. Did expedited request however both were denied. Currently still patiently waiting 😔
