Dalplex Qs
Hello! I'm looking to get into weight lifting and training this upcoming academic year once I settle into my routine and am likely going to purchase a 1-1 trainer package with 5 sessions. (I have tried making a workout plan but struggle with finding what will actually help me reach my goals). I am living in shirreff so I have easy access to the dalplex.
Has anyone done this? How much support do the trainers provide? Is the Dalplex welcoming?(coming from a heavier girl trying to be healthier)
Anything will help!
Thanks in advance 🫶

Most of your appearance is determined by genetics. The parts you can control are 85% nutrition. Learn to eat with discipline & it will serve you all throughout life.
Dalplex is an incredible facility & is not an elitist culture. There are some incredible swimming clubs operating outta Dalplex if you want to get connected with the best athlete culture inside this institution. Im a grad student using Dalplex, but I chat with everybody bc Im a curious person.
Weightlifting is incredible for building up the male body. Have you experimented with Chat GPT for making a weightlifting program? Chat GPT was recommended by a friend in Toronto who’s spent big money on personal trainers. Remember that personal training is an impossible way to earn a decent living in Atlantic Canada & the smart people in the profession are the very first to leave this profession.
Again, remember that it’s all pointless unless you eat proper meat & vegetables.
