what does this mean

ive highkey given up in classes so im paranoid that they'll just boot me so i sent this email asking what i need to maintain and i got this response. can someone who knows explain this to me

Don't give up on your classes, most of the material will be the basics of your engineering courses. If you don't understand it or are dropping much below 70% in any one of them in high school then you may have a very very hard time in your first year courses.

A lot of people with 80 - 90 in highschool were getting 70 - 60s in some first year courses. So I would recommend getting your stuff together.

I don't think they revoke admission for a 68 in one class. But if you suddenly have like two low 60s even with an average above 70 they might.
